Portraits in Camden

Two portrait shoots in Camden with two of my good friends and fellow musicians - Poppy Fardell and Michael Clancy. Both needed new shots for their social media and various projects. First up was Michael…

Michael is a really fun guy with a great personality so I wanted to try and capture lots of colour for his shoot. Being in and around Camden, there is loads of graffiti and amazing artwork all over the place, so this wasn’t hard to accomplish. The sun however, poking its head in and out was a little more of a challenge but we made it work.

After Michael had departed and we’d had a bit of pub lunch (naturally) Poppy and I ventured into the quiet areas of Regents Park. Using breaking sunlight through trees and structures to find interesting shadows and create beautiful patterns within Poppy’s portraits. We soon came to the canal running next to London Zoo which with the sun beating down was just an epic spot where I will no doubt return.

Absolutely stoked on both of these shoots and both clients seem super happy too.
